  5. Yeah I know what your saying but the white one at the top is a swb with no flare
  6. Hard to tell from that pick. looks like the bottom of the bumper bellys out. There is a definate differance because i saw it on wednesday lol!!
  7. moving along :cool3:
  8. Thats what i thought. But Daves is a jspec SWB? Also yours only looks to be about half way. so differant again??
  9. Robs is a 91 J plate. Well i thought it was a uk spec thing but obviously not now. I think the flare is the rarer of the 2. Mine is also 93 j spec and smooth.
  10. Nope I thought it was just me, Ive noticed for a while now but was unsure untill i saw robs the other day
  11. result!!! I had to buy a screen for my mr2 out of my own pocket and that was £680, I had it in for one day then a car going the other wat threw a stone up and chiped it so i had to pay out another £75 to get that sorted :(
  12. Been chopped off then lol!!! Look at the line of the wheel arch follow it along then onto the bumper. you will see one is flared outwards(top pick) and one is smooth  I think i know why lol!!
  13. here you go flared Smooth
  14. Has anyone else noticed there are 2 types of oem bumpers. you know where the bumper joins the wheel arch. you have the line that goes along the arch then onto the bumper. well some are really flared and some not much so. Mine are the smoothed type and hollandrob81 zed was the flared type?? I will see if i can find some pics.
  15. Looked like mine did when i picked her up. What do you think of the power?? Stay away from induction kits and decats as it kills the power
  16. I had a black one surprise surprise lol!!!
  17. get some pics up :) So you got it for free??
  18. not much at all. just on the lip but the arches were seriously stating to bubble, No rust there now :cool3: Ment to take a pic of the bit i cut out,
  19. cracking cars. Turbo?? Edit N/a as its a uk spec looks really clean :)
  20. tick over sbout be 750/800rpm iirc and just a good oil change would get rid of the sticky lifter, the oil pressure guage will do what the hell it wants to do  Should be on the 3/4 mark on start up then once warm it will drop to 1/4. then go up and down up and down
  21. Here we go First off cover all the cars so i dont get metal shards melting into the body work. Cut along the line so it gave me about an 1" gap and hammered it down to save me going under the car to grind. Then i tidied up the line ready for my mate to weld it up Then just pumped waxoyl everywhere, I took these with my hand inside the sill. you can see the Tbar pipe. Thats it for now. Once the hole is welded up i will then get inside and give everything another coat :)
  22. well you cannot see the new arches :tt2: but you will see my big gooie hole :lol: Almost done :)
  23. Dont have time for that
