no not at all mate. i would be pissed. but now you can tell your wife that you must get some 99 spec ones. mine have been in the sun for the past 4 years and till mint. Like you said must be the age and they have gone brittle :(

I had to do that when i was on holliday. the drivers side pita isnt it. Had to buy some fuel pipe. long nose pliers and a small socket set. was on the 2nd day aswell grrrrrrrrrr

Yeah i have skyline ones in mine, there nismo 550's. you just need to make sure you have the right ones for the fuel rail. there are 2 types the early 89-93 then the later 94-99 iirc.
