I have 2.5" decats and a 3" abflug exhaust. and i never get any pops or bangs. only when slowing down Depends on the car i surpose. the coupe i had did it in every gear??

un burnt fuel and the timing out i think.

Never had any problem on the fiat coupe, that has brembo calipers on and gave the discs some real abuse for about a year and half

yes i believe so. i have used 3G discs before and never had any problems with warping etc A lot of aftermarket discs use Brembos as blanks :)
