Apexi do a valve that goes between the cat and cat back exhaust. it will stay almost closed decreasing the diamiter inside the pipe so sound is minumal . then when you put your foot down they will open up so you get no restriction around £130 each iirc?

its only done 24K tho. I would buy it if i didnt have mine ;)
