  4. looks no differant to a perfect gloss black lol!!!! I think i might do them in gloss black then, will get the sprayer to do it, They would look great with the clear lense. Where would you get brused alliminum paint??
  5. It was me that made them for the group buy bud lol!!! Chris was going to do the chromeing on them but he dissapeared :shifty: Im with Si i dont think i would chrome stock ones. but i also wouldnt chrome the 99 spec ones as it is way to bright on a black car. What do you all think to spraying the stock ones gloss black??
  6. lol!!!! it does look low in the pics. you could just about get a sheet of paper under there :lol: I think i might leace them stock but i need to see some pics of chromed ones etc For £500 i will make you one
  7. Just chrome spray??? I wouldnt do the stock ones as i would want to pop the 99ers in lol!! Do you have any close up pics to give me an idea?
  8. I really cannot make up my mind if these will look good on my car?? For the people that bought them in the group buy have you fitted them yet and what have you done with them??? I dont want to chrome them because on a black car they will look way to bright. I was thinking of spraying them in a bright silver like below and put a mirror film around the center parts (light section) 99spec but in black or gloss black?? but it might not be worth the hassle lol!!! Or just leave the stock ones in as i think it looks aggressive. Here is my car and issacs side by side and he has stock ones but chromed (spray) So what are your thoughts people??
  9. this is how it use to look. And i didnt like it :lol:
  10. The Border guage pod thingy lol!!! you know your top glove box well its a panel that replaces that with 3 guage pods that face the driver. It looks very very tidy Your front lip is just the stock one. do an ebay search for supra front splitter and there there. think i have 5 off the top of my head Faclift rear lights are a must, they are just stunning and the only cost £100 NEW!!!! The front are expencive so i refrubed my old ones as they went all yellow. I seperated them and gave them a machine buff on the inside and out so they look like glass. Then i sprayed the chrome in side black but masked off the chrome rings in side so there still visable and it looks soo modern. I only really properly got the supra looking classy so i dont have any pics got new wheels and everything. It dose look really nice. Before it was really really tatty :whistling:
  11. might buy some for the fto if there that cheap:thumbup1:
  12. Mine looks better :tt2::tt2: Do you know about the Boader dash for the guages?? looks really nice As for the dash i sprayed mine in silver and have all the chrome rings to go with it. Looks soooooooo much better than the matt black. Get your self a front lip via me lol!!!! some facelift front and rear lights :thumbup1: Ive had mine now for 4 years and never let me down touch wood  ps black is best :lol::lol:

  17. Here is the review but it wrote in 2001 so fuel prices will have gone up but the mpg will still be the same Advantages: Very economical, cute, more spacious than you'd expect Disadvantages: offset pedals, heavy steering , small pedal area The Peugeot 106 Zest 2 when fitted with the 1.5 litre diesel engine is a very economical car to own and run, it can go for 600 miles on a tank of diesel costing £32 to fill it to the brim! The fuel economy has ranged from 53 to 63 mpg, with all manner of driving styles (90mph runs on the motorway to town driving). It will comfortably hold 90mph on the motorway, only struggling a bit on the hills when it drops down to 80 or so, which is still pretty impressive! Downsides: small and cramped pedal area (but I have got size 10 feet) so I have to carefully choose which shoes to wear, and avoid hitting the brake and accelerator at the same time. I also find the offset of the pedals can strain my back on long journeys, but for general driving it is very comfortable. I would try and go for power steering if you can on the diesel model, as the front end is quite heavy. Advantages: cute and compact design; you can fit more inside than you expect; good handling; nice feel to the controls I would recommend this car to the young lady about town, as they have the french chic that a lot of other cars don't have. Some thing your not telling us?? :whistling::lol::lol:
  18. another quick google lol!!! £35 to fill a tanks and should be good for 600 miles?? should put one of these babys in my zed. Hybrid :lol::lol:
  19. bit of a come down from the zed lol!!!!! Just done a quick google and they will do 50-55mpg :scared: depends on how much it cost to fill a tank??
