100% Sticky lifter. no question about it. you can buy some lifter oil from halford for about £5. stick it in and 10min later it will be 100% new again. i did mine 2 days ago. Its because the cars hasnt been run for a long time and the oil has drained out. nice and easy :)

yeah it proper hurt. fell about a foot the full system on my nose. lucky it didnt brake my nose or crack a cheak bone lol!!!! forgot to say my head was on the floor so my face took the full inpact :lol:

i would say rear fog lights as well

Still under mine, its messy stuff but it looks like new :cool3: down side the whole exhaust fell one my nose as i cut through the bolt. and it foookin hurt :rant:
