  1. there new seats, a guy from scotland retrims the seats and brings them to you and swaps them over, cracking service and a nice guy Mike
  2. Fitted my boost gauge :) And had my new seat fitted :D So just need to retrim the rest in the near future, get the mapping finished, have the fuel rail and 850cc injectors fitted, then get it remapped again lol then have the kit fitted and all will be ready for summer next year ;) But so far so good, well happy with the interior Mike
  3. sorry bud didnt realise i had one :)
  4. tdi isnt the one posted about earlier in the thread buddy its a new place i am using in warrington
  5. i aim to please lmao
  6. yeh i think the pic does make it look like there only just one but the nuts are actually really hard to even put on as they go so far into the wheel :) you cant tighten them up with your fingers as you cant get into the holes ;)
  7. this is what i mean and would you say you tighten them up for more than an inch onto the stud?
  8. wouldnt they look silly if they petrude past the nut??
  9. better nuts?? they cost me a fortune!! they sit reallt deep in the wheel and are designed for the wheel so they fit really deep in the hole but the nuts are about 2 inches long to give you an idea :)
  10. so an inch of thread is not enough?? i had less on my other wheels and alloys on my old zed??
  11. i am going to get some longer studs but the nuts are misleading as they go into the wheels pretty car and are quite long so there well on ;)
  12. they wernt cheap but you have to pay good money for decent stuff but under a grand ;) not much but under lol
  13. Hi Pete Theres the rolling road i am using to map my car TDI North in warrington who are very good and friendly, both me and chris were impressed with them and they charge £30 each all in and also dont mind having a good chat about whats good and bad about the cars etc so might be worth looking into as well as being in warrington its good for the central lot and good for the north east lot as its near the m62 oh and will get that thing sent out tomorrow ;) Mike
  14. well asda have them in and i could que for one but tbh i cant be arsed to stand in asda for 5 hours to get one lol
  15. yep any bigger brakes is a good mod ;) especially over the cak zed brakes. To make these fit we had to remove the splash shield which takes a few minutes, theres a little bit on tom of the hub which needs cutting off, only about 1 cm and all it does is have a bolt which holds a bracket which is not needed anymore anyway and the only other thing we needed to do is drill out the original holes as this kit was from a R34 Skyline which have 14mm holes so the braket was 14mm and the 300, R32, R33 have 12mm holes So just means you cna looke at people selling not just 300zx brakes but skyline upgrade brakes as well :) Mike
  16. really well, have'nt had a chance to really try them but big improvement, just goes to show any Skyline aftermarket brake kit fits the zed with a little modification ;)
  17. wasnt quite a bolt on kit but made it fit :)
  18. Wet and cold but well worth it :D Mike
  19. yeh im well pi55ed
  20. hmv bud saying they cant fullfill their preorders till upto march next year!?
  21. Just had a call saying my pre order for my x-box 360 has been refunded and cant supply me one :headvswal Gutted so if anyone is getting one and wants to sell it to me then please let me know Cant believe that pi55es me off!! Mike
  22. well after going over to the dark side to the skylines the falkens are the tyre of choice on there due to the grip etc and refered to the toyos and goodyears, i do like the goodyears and tey will outlast the falkens but in these cars i prefer grip :) Also just to throw some technical shite into this the wheels i just bought are made by ultralite who recently tested the toyos, falkens and a few other grands including the new goodyears round the ring with full racing backup in their demo R34 GTR and out of all 4 tyres they used on the same rims with the same racing driver in the same conditions to get a good comparison the toyos came out second but were a little unpredictable and had anything upto 15 seconds a lap difference but the falkens came out top by over 15 seconds a lap and never went more or less than 5 seconds a lap difference hence making it a good redictable tyre :) Mike
  23. replied dude ;)
  24. my yellow zed was on topgear gti with some others, still have the vid somewhere
