We was going to block off the pipe from the PAS tank to the hicas pipe but in the end we just cut off the banjo that ran from the hicas pump to the power steering pump hance making a loop and you can then just remove all the rest of the hicas system ;) Mike
  3. Seen a few different conversions done in a zed, skyline engine, V8, 200sx but never one of these Right click save as Hmmmmm food for thought and sounds nice Mike
  4. I used to have them on my old zed and there superb, not too soft, not too hard perfect for street ;)

according to your sales ad its supposed to have a chip, aftermarket turbos etc etc??? if it has they why are you wanting to do this??
  6. you would get it on classic for a few hundred quid i would have thought so i wouldnt let insurance put you off ;) think your mad mate but you gotta do what you gotta do :) Mike
  7. always difficult to price up!? i know that guy with the RX7 with the V8 in it is really struggling to sell it!! not sure if he did but it was going for 8k to give you an idea?? Mike
  8. Yes you can and i found it much easier to leave it on as its easier to line up the box off the car rather than in the car but you do need a decent crane to do it ;)
  9. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=68688 Will accept a reasonable offer as it stands me at just over £500 with everything but to weld ali you would need to buy some ali rods which will be around £30-40 for a big tube of them at any local welding suppliers Mike
  10. i think you can mig or tig it using ali rods. i'm selling a tig welder if that helps ;) brand new unused Mike
  11. yeh but thats from a person who drives a tractor and only needs one on his ;) you should have 2 one for each bank
  12. nos

depends what your using it for?? if its just for show and you dont have a fully built engine to cope then dont bother but if you have big turbos then it can help spool them up and it can help cool down the intake temps so can be very useful I may use it but going to see how my mate gets on with his first as he has just had a 200 direct shot put on his R33 to help spool up his t04z turbo so i want to see what difference it makes before i spend the money Mike
  13. looking mint russ, very nice indeed ;)
  14.  i will do ;) always nice to have a big dyno print out :hyper: do you know the white 300zx which is now in cyprus?? running a 200 shot of nos and greddy turbos? Mike
  15. yeh if i could have got my wheels in a 30 for the fronts i would have bought them but they dont do them and would have saved me having to get spacers for the brakes :) but 30 on the backs is a little too much
  16. Yeh but were talking street legal cars ;) that doesnt look like it could go down the shops to pick up some milk lol The likes of the CRD supra and Keith Cowies R32 are fully road legal cars with tax and MOT!! Bloody quick though ;)
  17. yeh but it doesnt work like that does it ;) you have a whole 2 ltr's to make that power on a T28, we have to make that from a 18g with a 1.5 ltr :) it will make 600  Mike
  18. Bottom left is a T28 which is quite a bit bigger than the T25 thats fitted to a zed to give you an idea how got the Greddy 18g turbos are  I dont find the lag too bad and find the driveability fine Power wise you can get 600+ bhp out of them so there well worth it :) I think its safe to say both me and Mac are very happy with them Mike
  19. 16's are for pansies
  20. We cant tell ya and if we did we'd have to shoot ya ;) Only messing, greddy turbos's both me and Mac are running with greddy turbos and there pretty good  Mike
  21. i know mate, just let them stick a chip, filter and jets on, run at 1 bar and think its fast ;) :D
  22. I think for someone who drives a 1000+bhp supra to say that the 300 was very very fast AND it was only running the 16g's says alot for the 300zx :)
  23. Come on Jason your meant to clean up after your dogs when walking them and deposit the crap in the bins provided
  24. The best bit is i spoke to Dee before and he has been looking at mine on my site and did all the work on that white one running NOS and said the white 300 was scary fast and with the right setup ie stripped like his supra would easily get into the low 10's!!! but it did havea 200 shot of NOS  said the white car has now gone to Cyprus!? bet it now runs 1200 BHP due to the climate there
  25. greddy power a-pillars stay up better lmao
