  5. As i posted before he pleaded guilty because there was 2 witneses to say they were both driving "fast" with the fiesta in front and the 200sx behind and when the police worked out his average speed it was approx 90 mph so with the facts that he was speeding, he was following a car at speed, call it racing?? i dont because if he;d been racing surely he would have overtook the car or tried buy he never did?? but the judge classed it as street racing hence why his legal team adviced him to plead guilty to get a "slap" on the wrist which he didnt. Yes he should have been punished with either speeding or dangerous driving or even both and either had points and fine or a ban but to this day i still dont believe he deserved prison! The very sad thing to come out of this is if i'm driving quick and i see an accident i will always be wary about stopping now just in case which is very sad indeed!! Mike
  6. She's back PASSED  :hyper: :nana2:
  7. not yet but she should have finished by now!! will know in the next 5-10 mins lol
  8. Jesus PHEW Talk about cutting it close ;) Car goes in Tuesday and my ECU was due today but the parcel company couldnt find it and turned their warehouse upside down to find it and it then got delivered to Chris's house by a driver who shouldnt have even had it!? So i am as bald as Chris now  Was going to pick it up but they have shut the M6 due to a big fire and all 3 lanes have melted  that will be fun for all those going away!! So roll on AEM Mike

  12. Well the wife has just gone off for a last 50 mins lesson then taking her driving test :) I bloody hope she passes as its cost me a fortune  So will she or wont she??? i'm 50/50 she tends to lose the plot a little if she messes up but if she keeps her nerve she should do it !! Tell ya i couldnt do it now :D Mike

  15. thats the sound of an external wastegate ;) not bov
  16. i think the judge said he was to blame as he had a much more powerful car which caused the other driver to drive his car beyond its limits and his means!!?? prob coming from an old to55er who wears a stupid white wig, drives a volvo estate and has never been over 15 mph ;)
  17. About 6 months ago i was speaking to his mum who was getting sigs together and the main evidence was 1 he made a phone call while at the car park and then one to call the ambulance and the distance was calculated to determine he rough speed 2 there were 2 people who said he was "racing" a women and a taxi driver He was "advised" by his solicitor to plead guilty to get points or a poss short ban and was never told he could be looking at serving time At no point did he overtake the other car but just followed it!!! how often do you keep up with a car in front?? not to race but just keep up? The other car was faulty??? Still amazes me that someone can be blamed for the person in front going too fast and having a faulty car?? Mike
  18. yeh its an external temp sensor ;)

Basically unplug pipe 2 Cut the banjo off pipe 1 Push pipe 1 onto where pipe 2 went Its messy as you get PAS fluid everywhere but what you have done is cut the hicas loop out of the system so saves having to block up the power steering pump and means you can remove the pump from the front and back and theres 2 pipes which go from the front hicas pump to the long pipes that run to the back, theres a connection below where the battery is at the bottom which you can undo. HTH Mike
  23. theres a bit of a spec list on the website i got it from lol
