i agree - i think the committee does a very valuable job but i think it should be more visible and more accessible to the members. i know there are positions within the committee which require a lot of time for no gain but i think the majority of the committee should be on the board regularly - i know stella and kim are great at being visible :D i think andy would be great for the committee so he has my vote ( for what its worth) regards, alex
