hi rob, they are one of the smaller aftermarket turbos although still much better than stock - very good spool up they should be fine on standard internals so long as you have a good engine. I would reccomend upgrading your injectors to 555's and mounting them with divorced wastegate downpipes. with a good decatted exhaust i would estimate about 450 hp at the fly Regards, alex
