if you put in pitman bearing puller into ebay you should see one both sides took about 3 hrs most of that time was on getting the new ones in

I am now doing mine but using the pinman took me 10 mins with just a gentle heat now got to refin new ones

you don't have to remove the cam itself you can lever the seal out but be carefull not to damage the seal seat two srews should do make sure screws are in the middle of the seal varible timing is done on the cam at the back[ithink] never had any trouble with it always take apart and put back in the same position

if your handy with the spanners not a hard job need a cam lock tool but while its apart do cam belt sevice as well
