Just a reminder that Mersea has its own outdoor swimming pool that will be open for everyone to use throughout the majority of the weekend. As well as this, the beach backs on to the site and therefore at high tide you'll also have chance to swim in the sea if you fancy! You have made it public on numerous occasions, that you do not like (to put it mildly) the way 300ZX.co.uk is run, in particular the way in which the current Club Committee manage the club on a day to day basis. You have therefore decided to start another 300ZX car club, which both you and Andy are running. We obviously have no way of preventing you doing this; however, we feel this club is in direct competition with 300ZX.co.uk. We see this as your way of splitting the already dwindling 300ZX community in this country. Many posts in your new forum by several of your members are seen as anti-300ZX.co.uk. All members are expected to follow the guidelines in our club’s Acceptable Use Policy. We feel, by you starting this rival club and allowing anti 300ZX.co.uk posts, you have contravened the two extracts listed below. Incitement to a flame war within this or another forum Flagrant disregard for the interests of the community (anti-community spirit) It is for the reasons mentioned above that we feel we have been left with no alternative but to issue you with a permanent ban from 300ZX.co.uk with immediate effect and loss of all club benefits.
