I did mine myself mate, alot of hard work and time. I had to rub them down using different grades of wet & dry, i personally used 280 (cos they were awful), 600, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000 (the last 2 may not be necessary, but i did it anyway, as you end up with a lovely smooth surface). Once i'd done that, i used etching primer, and then normal primer within 20 mins of applying the etching primer (thats quite important ;) ). Then i applied the basecoat and then the clearcoat. Then i just finished off, by wet & drying with 2000 and buffing back up to a great shine. My wheels are all painted tho, so i don't know what people do if they polish certain bits. HTH Isaac :cool:

Her reasoning was she posted a date and no one said anything. Which to be fair is true - i saw her post a date and all was silent, just a couple of people saying they could'nt. Either way i don't think she has the time to carry on with the organisation of it anyway, so unless someone is willing to take it over then it won't be happening. If ANYONE wants to carry on, just say so and i will undelete immediately and just carry on with it. Really aint much on it to take off! If you need a gearbox it may be worth a few hundred to you, but thats it really. Few bits and bobs like maybe someone wants that type of spoiler, but i cant really see any real money to be made out of it. You'd prolly be buying it for parts for your own. Tis a real shame, a 96 zed being treated that bad and ending up like that :(
