I'v repaired bumpers before, i fibreglassed it at the back and then used bumper filler on the front, then respray it. HTH ;) TBH i don't know how much time you have but personally i would just get another bumper, spray it and fit it. Only because parts are so cheap now. I would personally always fit a replacement part than mess around repairing one, because i know how long a repair can take. :)

There is a guide to do this yourself somewhere, i cannot find it though. I think it might me on the Aus forum. Sorry i can't help more, but 'm sure if you do enough searching you'll find it :)

Fish eyes is silicone (polish usually) on the surface that has not been prepared properly :) If the car has been sprayed with no probs, i doubt its that :)

I have only ever heard of fast flashing when one of the three indicator bulbs is not working on one side. May sound very stupid, i take it you have looked at the other two bulbs down that particular side?

I just bent the metal outta the way, that way i can reverse it :)
