Have to agree with this, I had my first zed experience when I was 18, well funny story behind it, basically my mates zed had been stolen a few days before and recoverd. His dad then went to america and wanted his son to look after it, so we had it for the weekend!!! :hyper: Driving home, we were surrounded by cops and got arrested as they thought we had stole it!! DOH!!! Anyway, spent a few hours in a cell and thats that. Shocking!! Not nice being in a cell! ANYWAY, since then, 9 years ago I always wanted one but insurance was a joke! Turned 25 and it was time! Got a quote for £700 and away I went! :hyper:

Right ok, well the turbo that I have of smithy can allegedly take 2 bar too, obviously I would never run that, idealyl for racing I will be running about 20psi I hope, perhaps slightly lower 18-19, inline with the zedhound! :) I would have thought you would run more but when u think about it your right, 1bar in one of your tubs is gonna equate to more overall air being rammed into the cylinder! NIIIIICCCCCCCCCEEEE!!! :) Cant wait to watch u on the strip!!! Let me know where ur going mate and when so I can come watch!! :D Are your internals uprated? I know the bottom is pretty bullet proof but have you changed the head gasket, heads matched, bigger valves etc etc?!?

Cant wait to see how she performs, at the end of the day, I have never been in another zed apart from the few I test drove. I cant imagine being in one quicker than mine, it feels like a rocket now, cant imagine the 'g's felt when you floor that engine.... What MAX boost pressure you gonna run macca? Whats the most those greddys can take?

Webmonkey, it will be done mate, by the time I am done, he will have to pull out a low 10 second car to win. I just need more time to get mine ready.....story of a 300zx owners life I know, and I hope stev-o will join me too along with others from here.....I know macca, SMW1 and cj are already game, kirbz's motor gonna eb rapid too I believe when its done...... It just seems like were all aiming high at the same time, but, where the last generation of zed owners which were doing the same?!? Do they end up giving up??? Someone whos owned one a while can probably answer that?!?
