Hiya, maybe you can help, my puppie had an accedent on saturday morning, (managed to jump out the upstairs window) and had broken its back leg. looking at the X-rays (have them here) looks like a epiphyseal (growth plate) fracture (i'm not a Doc or vet, just from what i think it is with a little research) the end apperes to have broken off and twisted around 10 degrees. Just wondering if this could not be manuverd back into place and then set in a cast? the darn insurance ran out 2 weeks ago and we are moving so lost the renewal papers. The emergancy vet says that it needs an op and mabe wired. or lose the leg (really dont want to do that, and the vet says that fixing it would be better) any advice? Cheers mate, was thinking along those lines. only changes were EGR is now gone. other then that its back the same as i have always done. only thing i did this time was as i say EGR removed and also had the AAC/etc apart to clean it out. wonder if its that.

Just rebuilt the engine however the can will not tickover or rev. When it first starts all is well then as the revs drop the car starts to splutter and pop then dies. if i unplug the MAF it will idle a lot better. I have fitted the maf to another car (Cheers Justin) and it works everytime. Any ideas guys?

rebuilt the engine and it runs lumpy and badly. Unplug the MAF and she runs a hell of a lot better. is the MAF shagged??
