Anyone have a gearbox ECU i can try in mine to rule out the autobox problem please? 2 gearboxes and both have the same fault, 1st and 2nd only. Cheers, Mathew

Could be, but my money is on the clutchplates and breakband OR the front planatary gears.

Sounds like the low clutch plates bud ;)

What makes you think its the oil pump? tbh there is fook all to go wrong in there. last two i striped one had overheated and killed the planatey gears, and the other had burnt out the brake band and high clutch pack.

Some guy called Andrew Strange from Oz by the look of it.

Anyone know where i can get the two gaskets from the valve block asap? need the car up and running by friday and need the gaskets for the box ready to drop in the car inplace of my old box.

That dont sound right to me mate, why would they send the clutch to nissan to be checked? if its fooked it will look like the one off yours. as you say they fitted a Slave and Master did they set this up correctly? i'm not that up on the zeds clutch but is there an adjuster on it that may have been incorrectly set that had allowed the clutch to grip for a bit then as its warn in to start to slip? Just my 2p worth. P.S. I still have your compressor here mate.
