You need to remove the indicator, then the 3 10mm nuts on the back the light will then come out and you need to remove the 3-4 screws, the back will then pull away from the front and allow you to change the H3 bulb and also the jap spec sidelight bulbs (capless bulbs)

you can drop the sump with the engine in the car but you need to drop the cross member. as for the oil pump, yes i would say it can be done, but its a lot of work.
