  1. not to mention the satisfaction of a solid car at the end of it
  2. No mate, funny as it sounds. Ive never seen tweed seats with bolsters in as good a condition as these ones, and im not a fan of leather at all, time will tell
  3. well done mate, paid off in the end then
  4. yeah, just waiting on some dry weather, it has a small crack in the one im putting on and im detating weather or not to get it repaired, it is fibreglass so its garanteed to happen again anyway
  5. I was finding it hard to get a good pic of the car, i might try again in the sun, the car normally looks really low and wide with a mean stance but because its parked on a hill and up a kurb it looks high and wonky
  6. not yet mate, sussex stu has one and will contact me tommorow, hopefully got a scuttle panal and clock for me too so id be best to group up with the postage, thanks for the help tho mate. Very appreciated.
  7. still in work, fortunately
  8. yes EDIT - But its goes again when i reply
  9. I keep getting similar emails through pistonheads from an italian firm called D.K Imports
  10. a stage one remap (chip) only alters the fueling and timing maps to suit, it doesnt alter boost so you wont need more fuel mate, besides a stage 1 upgrade which usually consists of a Exhaust, filter, Electronic boost controller or boost jets and a chipped ecu still would'nt require a fuel upgrade. You only need to look at the injectors once your running different turbos mate, the standard 370cc injectors are perfectly acceptable untill

  12. actually BP do a special fuel at some rare garages for about 3 times the price thats 102 octane
  13. How come after you edit a post, the 'edit' logo and 'my ride' logo both disapear and dont load up again? :) :(
  14. 99 at shell, but i think american octane ratings are different to uk octane ratings, so your 93 is probably the same as our 99
  15. If he had landed it outside of the city, pikey's would have had it :)
  16. Its been snowing all day here, only started to calm in the last half hour, drove both zeds in it too, been work and back and about town. You bunch of fairies not going work, pah!

I received the sensor, and free water pipes? :)
  18. Ive owned a scooby with uprated suspension and brakes and although they handle well they do understeer on fast direction changes, easily corrected but not so fun. And ive owned two zeds on standard suspension and to be honest i can see where the 'handles like a boat' things comes from, 'tired suspension' as said above and the HICAS! But with my new slicktop on uprated suspension, it would without a doubt handle better than the scooby, the grip is immence around bends, but it will lose traction if you stamp the pedal mid bend! Easily corrected but for the people who are hoping that an unstickable quick bend beater, the 300zx is not the best car. However for those who want fun and a bit of drama, the 300zx is a killer. And i live around the corner from the 'car & fiddle' road so i have fun quite often :)
  19. is that because you both look the same 'twins' and only have 1 lisence?
