id love to keep her but times are hard at the mo im sure someone would take her off my hands and take care of her amazing car trying to distance myself from her as the pull very strong.

Looks like il be selling next year with the family just cant justify having the 300 anymore,its sorn at mo so next year when i get new mot be going it will kill me but thats life.:sad:

il try them tomorrow as flux gave me my renewal at £600 with two years no claims and paying seven plus for mondeo estate with all my no claims not happy im 37 this month clean licence annoys me

i phoned them today to put it on classic gutted have to wait until next year as they said has to be 20 years old

makes you sick 300s falling in price which is a joke and prices for parts going through the roof aint it supposed to be the other way around????????,i look at the fords and they are big money how come?????

i get it and understand where you coming from with jobs done i wouldnt take less than 3k so i guess il be keeping it for abit longer ,my dream is to keep it for my daughters to drive they two and half and 9 months dreaming maybe lol,whatever happens either way the beast some way or another will go into their banks

i dont want to sell really but paying insurance and tax and sitting in garage,aint got the bucks with two kids to bring it up to spec ,but as not a tt i know alot wont fancy it,put thousands in im just gauging interest if nothing im happy to keep it as part of family now

new clutch and bits and rear crank oil seal,new tyres all round

only done 200 miles since last september drives great ,new cam belt,and all belts,new water pump plus all tensioners,all rocker covers resealed,recent oil and filter change,new radiator and fluids,new coil pcks and plugs,new o2sensors,new indiglo sills and footwell lights,aint been in rain and garged for 4 years,state of the art immobx2,gearbox and diff oil change many more

with family i hardly drive my 300 anymore money tight and maybe thinking of selling what sort of price would i be looking at 1992 import na manual 80,000 miles many reciepts? can check my rides needs two rear dampers 1 front adjustable arm and slight blow in ss exhaust

beermonster on the money there duk2 im sure most members on here have spent afew grand just keeping them on the road just like me ,super examples ie top models on this club spent so much money i can only dream of having a 300 like theirs mine stays in the garage most of the time tell a lie all the time collecting dust lol,but i have to admit this car is so special to me even with two young girls and money so tight i cant let it go its the greatest car ever and a tt manual import will make your other beasts look like their going backwards mate,if you got the money you wont regret it,just my opinon mind

jeff talked me through my timing as garage wrecked it after fitting timing belt ,fitted belt right never adjusted cas 40deg to advanced i used ptu wire thankgod for jeff i say

sorry to here the bad news looks great on top,i think most will have rust problems sooner or later which unless you got a bottomless pit of money will end up scrapped which is a big shame,these cars are very expensive on the best of times with corrosion added to the equation it can be to much even for the biggest enthusiast

dont get why people lie or suggest these figures when members on here really know their stuff and what is needed to achieve 600bhp plus if you really want to make that number which would be great you would have to have the bucks so why scrimp why not do all the work needed to handle that power?

these are veilside skirts they look slightly diff to yours at the back,i wont be putting them on changed my mind sitting it garage,hope this helps
