Well i used to have red stuff pads and racing fliud and it didnt then...back to standard now...but they didnt fail tho:) P.s Glad it was only the brakes smoking...thought Dave broke my z and I wouldnt get a go..lol

Get some racing fliud with higher boiling point. My standard brakes have always been ok so far, except Dave making the smoke like hell.....Mind you it will be alot harder on them running them for a few hours
