Although not into Drag racing got to agree 100% Remember years ago regularly visiting Mike Feeney when he was national drag champion in Ratz and he used to have a programme/game of reaction to the xmas tree that he was always using in an attempt to shapen his reactions

it sure looked nice a couple of weeks back when I saw it at Jeffs You sure will be getting some jealous looks when you finally get it out on the road

To do a run on the strip at North Weald you will need to have a crash Helmet unlike at Santa Pod there again is a 8 Zed head to head eliminator that will be held near the end of the day(unless there is 16 Z/Zxs turn up) like the previous won over the day you record your times with Mr F and then the 1st runs against the 8th the 2nd against the 7th the 3rd against the 6th the 4th against the 5th then the 4 winners race against each other until the overall winner is left 2nd time this has happened in the UK On a separate note later in the year at York I believe there will be a first ever Z/ZX bracket series whereby you predict what time you run and then you race against another Z that also predicts what time he will run Go faster that your predicted time and the other driver wins So it dosn't matter how much you have spent on your car it really is about knowing what you and your car are capable off this is another piece of Z/Zx history as it has never happened in the UK before For more info on this you could chat to Mr F at North Weald as he is the guy who has arranged this as well

Agreed that everybody has their own tastes Mine I love period style graphics on the Z I dont particularly like the big styled images/ pictures/ cartoons on the cars but can live with it But really hate the one with the gun on the first post there was a long thread on here recently about the riots and gang culture and where did the youth of today go wrong and then to have an image of someone holding a gun being acceptable IMHO goes a little way to explain it

Looks like it has been photoshoped ( I Hope) as cant see the shutline of the door or any indent line of the skirt if not take the thing off its chavy IMHO

Tulip did a very nice mixed Z stand there a couple of years back

How did you get on bud with the whiplash checkout Hope it was not bad news as not sure how you stand on claiming more for it as you have already agreed a sum with the insurers prior to being diagnosed prior to finding out how serious it is

sorry to hear about your bad luck with your Z bud but hey please dont be one of the causes of my insurance going up if you don,t have whiplash and want to make a false claim
