did you ever have one of those days before a big japfest meet at santapod where it all goes wrong?? you are expecting to get your new toys out and play on sunday and then one of your new shiny nylon stainless steel braided brakeline hoses fails!! and pisses brake fluid all over the floor. your freinds at kwikfit say it's five o'clock and we are going home, come back at ten o'clock tomorrow and we can help you finish it. Hello newly aquired girlfriend it's me, loverboy, erm, can you come and pick me up? my car is on ramps with no brakes and i am stranded. yes i will come and pick you up you loser!! oh great. So here it is - i'm not going to santapod early to get track time and be able to do a nice big burn out with slick pete. i'm not even sure if the car will even be safe to drive. how was your day???

Hi James, Thanks for that. Yes, It ties in nicely with the colour of the rest of the dash and also with the door cards etc as it is the same material. If you are going to Jap Show on Sunday, or the rolling road session the following weekend, I show it to you then. Andy

I got fed up with the reflection of the pod (Looked like a big stupid grin!!) on the windscreen in sunlight and at night from street lights. Thought I'd copy the racing boys and indulge myself in a little fake suede! Easy job to do if you take your time and don't mind the smell of contact adhesive. I will try and get some better pictures if I can. Andy.

Hi Si, This is a cheaky little number. Apexi do this one with the display in a small remote unit. The main unit can be tucked away out of sight. It is a perfct fit between the top of the steering colum and the milometer reset button. Not only that, when the engine is running it can display volts, Air/Fue Mixture or 02 hence eliminating the need for lots of extra guages. Less is more, less is more!!!! Andy

Hi Steve, It is glossy. I did avery light coat of satin black and a few coats of laquer. I might give it a few more coats though as some times it looks little dull compared to the light panels. Andy
