  1. Thanks for the advice. The car, just by looking looks very tidy. The guy is throwing in 6 month warranty, Full service/MOT and will change the timing belt as well. But i think ill still get it looked over properly. Also i would go in there with cash but im relying on a trade in so i can afford it... Im just gettin the last bit of the cash ready (next week) and ill go in and give him the deposit to get things underway
  2. Thanks for the Advice :) I took it for a second test drive today and nearly every person you drive past follows you with their head :) was nice feeling Im still looking for the guy that spoke to me in one of my previous posts as he seems to know the dealer im getting this off. What do you guys think? The price is £3995 for a 93 plate N/A manual with 63k on the clock. The dealer despite my efforts wouldnt budge on the price, said its alot of car for the money and its priced fairly as it is? I want it so i wont let it put me off to much but i thought in general dealers are ment to budge a bit.
  3. It seems in good condition, has aftermarket exhausts which look+sound great so i wont be needing to change them, everything else is standard, it does have a few marks but it is a 93 plate.. fresh import not registered yet
  4. Ok im alot closer to buying my Z now, just getting the cash together by the end of the month and im good. Unfortunatly this means having my first RWD car round mid december... Can these cars be used in nasty conditions? its a N/A manual, so no worrys bout auto box or turbos kicking in mid corner... The other thing is, How reliable are they? do they often break? I wouldnt imagine so being a jap car.. Also, Who was the guy who spoke to me about the garage WCS in Costessey Norwich? Pete
  5. Anyone know of a buyers guide? things to look out for when looking at Z's for sale
  6. Ahh ive gone for the expensive tickets as well, in the "Driving Times Online" stand
  7. Anyone going to MPH06 at the NEC this saturday? I was hoping to have a Z by the time this came up, but still not got one at mo
  8. well for an import N/A insurance is looking around £1600 and an import TT is getting on for 3k Maybe im looking at the wrong insurance companys?
  9. Cheers for that m8, not to bad, quite shocked its not in the 6's tho with a 3.0ltr V6
  10. Ok cheers, the one ive seen is in norwich actualy
  11. i prefer the look of a ZX tho, always have, thing is insurance will be a killer for me on a TT tho as im 24 with 3 points and 1 claim, all this year (got a bit unlucky) If somone could come up with official specs for the N/A 300zx fairlady would be gratefull tho
  12. Really? thats quite disapointing if so, i currently have a Celica GT 0-60 is 7.9 for just a 2.0ltr
  13. Still on a search for my 300zx. There is one quite close to me for sale, not been to see it yet its advertised as a Nissan 300zx Fairlady Targa, non turbo manual. it has 62k on the clock they are asking £3995 My question is any idea what sort of power this will be producing, and what sort of 0-60 time? Im not to bothered about it being non turbo as this will be my first RWD car, and i guess i could turbo it in future if i wanted, but its mostly the specs id like to know if anyone has them? Pete
  14. I think this one is a N/A but not 100% sure. Going back to 200sx's I was tempted by one of them to start with but the Z is quicker and imo looks better. I had heard that 200's were very tail happy tho?
  15. What about if its wet and they are giving it large, can you still own them or do you have to let it go cause its to dangerous
  16. Thanks for all the replys :) Im only 24 so it will be an all year round car for me, I had a Celica GT up till a couple of months ago when somone wrote it off outside my house. So im gonna be well happy to get into somthing nice again, Im going to go look at a Z ive seen tommorow, its a 93 Reg Targa Manual, only got 62k on it, fresh import
  17. Hi Im looking at getting a Z and i just wondered how Twitchy they are? it will be my first RWD car.
