My NA does the same now and then, I suspect it's one of the several hundred vacuum hoses leaking.

Count me in! Been to Rockingham many times on the GSXR, the Z's will definitly be fun to drive there.

Good to see my new mates again. Biggest surprise of the night was pulling up on a residencial street and spoting a very nice supercharged Mini, a variety of Z's, and two very rare Z convertables parked one behind the other. The neighbors must have wondered what the heck was going on. Funniest moment must have been Eillens "hic up" after finishing her meal. :tongue: Good meet for really good guy. See you all next time!

My N/A had the 19's on when I bought it. A first they seemed a bit over the top but they have grown on me and now I think they look perfect. This is my first Z so I cant comment about how it would handle with 18's but it seems to handle pretty damn good to me. I've managed to scare just about everyone I've taken for a drive! The way it takes corners at high speed with no drama is really impressive. As far as lowering it, coilovers will be my next mod. I'm running 275/30 in back and 235/35 in the front. Only have about two fingers of space between the tire and arch in the back so wont be able to lower it much without some serious rubbing problems. Plenty of room in the front though.

My Italian American wife has always called me Marco rather than Mark, and one of my favorite movies of all time is Mad Max. So...

I will be pulling out of Winchester at about 4:30, if anyone wants to meet up at Winchester Services at 4:45 and convoy in that would be great. Really looking forward to this, even bringing the wife along so she can meet the crew (plus need someone to hold the digicam). :p

What do you think is a fair price for front and rear undertrays for a 300ZX? After a long search I found a used set in pretty good condition and I'm negotiating a price.

Looks like I wont be making it after all. Thought I'd install my de cat pipes today and managed to snap three of the header studs. :headvswal Tried drilling them out but they are hard little bast**rds! After wasting three hours trying every trick I know, I gave up and drove over a local mechanic I trust. Pretty loud with just the headers on, if you heard something that sounded like a Spitfire in Hampshire this afternoon it was probably me! Mechanic informed me that he was fully booked and couldn't get me in until Tuesday. Guess it was just one of those days... Hope you all have a good time, catch you at the next meet.
