300 zx tt internals
I have run my 300 now for 2 years, on and of track with 420WHP with stock internals. The engine has passed 200 000km now! Be kind with your engine but run it hard, then its no problem!

GT725R or JWT700bb
with 400+ cams and manifolds you can easy reach 550RWHP with the right mods and those turbos :p :hyper:

ztech??
Its not just Z1 that builds engines. Try this company, they have a rep to do better work than Z1. http://www.importpartspro.com/niin.html

GT725R or JWT700bb
The setup is pretty much straight forward. You have to log in to the AEM forum and search for a map with the same components as you are, download this map into your AEM, this may save you for a bit work. Remember to ajust the ignition correctly and program it with the right injectors etc. What type of injectors and cams do you use?

GT725R or JWT700bb
ok,so maybe I will be a bit disapointed ... Talked to JWT yesterday and they said that I could reach my desired effect with my mods... Funny about the hp levels..A friend of mine has dynoed his car with 400+ cams, GT675RS and stock manifolds and internals---result 505RWHP at 1,3bar..The manifolds was the break here.. I will go for the GT then...

GT725R or JWT700bb
I got the manifolds cams and portwork done, so I think I can reach 750RWHP with the GT725R..... Or not? The main issue is that the car is mainly driven in the street with some days on the track.. I hope to get this power but have driveable car at the same time.. So you would go for the 725?

GT725R or JWT700bb
Hi! Im going to buy some new turbos for my project and I cant choose between the Garrett GT725R and the JWT700bb. Anyone who has these turbos or any with experienses about them? The GT725R has a higher powerband but are a bit more laggy, but how much I wonder.. My aim is 700-750RWHP, I got everything else done to reach this effect....

New Exhaust(Yeah!!)but now she smokes??
Yes it does. :( Had the same problem with my zed after fitting my new exhaust, changed the turbos and then it was fine :hyper:

TLF venon injectors
Dont go for the Venom injectors! I had a set last year, and they started leaking on the top after a few kilometres.. The same happened to a friend of mine in his 300. Some Swedish are repairing them with glue to keep them tight, but you can think what you want of that sollution..... We were told that we got the new type of Venom injectors, but they still sucks. For you who have them mounted: Start your engine and take a close look around the injectors.. I bet one or more of them are leaking :nelson: My advice is to keep away from Venom injectors!!

Missfiring problem continues
Ha ha! Closest :x: :headvswal :duffer:

Missfiring problem continues
But just one of the sides.. 3 sylinders, and if the sylinder nearest to the firewall is hotter, the problem will start here..Right? Just an idea, and its worth changing the O2 sensors if they are old..
-
Missfiring problem continues
F....s up the A/f mix, so its possible....

Missfiring problem continues
Have you checked the O2 sensors? Im guessing on one of them(on the bad sylinder side) is mailfunctioning. When the engine is warmed up, it may fool the ECU with wrong feedback.

Apexi Intake
You just need this filter, fits perfectly on your Z32 MAF. I use two of these filters on my Doolz intake, and I am very satisfied!

Whining noise, an ideas ?
I belive it might be a problem then... :smash: But i still believe it is one or more of the bearings in your gearbox...
-
Whining noise, an ideas ?
I think it sounded like the main bearings in the gearbox, sounds a bit like mine.. Try to press the clutchpedal until it takes(just barely), if the sound disappears it might be the bearings. If not it might be an idler pulley.

Unusual Problem May Be Turbo Problem Plz Help
Have you adjusted the s-afc or the chip for the two induction cones? The ECU may recieve the wrong signal from the MAF, if only half of the air is meassured and the ECU is programmed for one cone.... You can easily program the s-sfc for two cones and one MAF, or two cones and two MAFs. Makes a big differense..

Bigger oil cooler?
Hmmm, that sounds interesting.... I will come back to you about the cooler.... Have you tried your car on the track with this cooler?
