PMSL  Yeah you tell yourself that... ;)
  2. Oooh just seen that PaulC got the same max RWBHP as me, but in a manual, and was given 346.2bhp @ flywheel. Interesting :) If autos lose a bit more than manwells then I am looking at 350something BHP. I'll take that ;) Pete
  3. Good work lad :) LWB TT AUTO Max power - 268.0BHP @ 7081rpm Max flywheel - hmmm 350BHP? (sorry...403 :D ) Max torque - 369.2lbft @ 4147rpm Engine Modifications - Quad Mongoose exhaust, decat, Stillen intake, Boost jets: 12psi, Custom chip, ALC, horizontal butterflies ;) RR idea is good, might be difficult around xmas, people get busy :) Pete

PMSL  She had a video camera in the bogs - thats where I got my +135BHP ;)
  5. The voodoo car worked then   soz bud ;) Can't blame me for your near crash tho Ryan - it only works on Adams car ;) I usually carry some octane booster around for that reason, but I poured it all in the tank before Pod the other week lol :D
  6. :o :o I was... errr... "warming the car up a bit more" ;) I went the wrong way up the A12 too lol :D:D Adam - any more mishaps on the way home? The "AdamR voodoo zed" in my glovebox was like a teabag by the time I'd finished
  7. Ahhh sorry Stu, hoped the mods haven't wiped your camera ;) Ya set of twats
  8. 403.3BHP @ 7081rpm!!     I dont care that it was contraversial - it was soooo worth it for the look of amazement and disbelief amongst those watching. And then to back it up with a 397!! ;) Mods - can you delete that parking vid off Stus camera please? ;):D
  9. Controversy? Theres nothing contraversial about my 403.3BHP :D:D:D Ryan - you ordered that exhaust yet? ;)
  10. Fook it - we should make our own :) Anyone got good printing facilities?
  11. LOL @ Nige, what a joker  :D:D And condolences on getting a manual ;)
  12. Nice one bud, you'll never want another car again! :D:D The best colour too
  13. Nah he's giving them to me :D Cheers Mac Pete
  14. Thats a bit harsh - Adam cannot help the way he was born. I'm sure he had a very difficult childhood with the constant shortie/dwarfboy/willow/midget jibes :( ;) Sorry I'm not providing any captions here :D:rolleyes: :D
  15. Daventry, down the M1 a bit :) There's a fair few of us Midlanders now - always up for a meet :D, there's a few round Derby which isn't far from you is it?
  16. :D:D Well you'll have to deal with the regret  Probably the wisest choice :) A few of us are going to Santa Pod on the 2nd, check out the events section :) Pete
  17. Rich - you can privately purchase warranties from warranty companies. Dunno how much it'd cost tho...sure there'll be a couple in the yellow pages etc :) I'd go for the Jap, better condition, v low mileage if accurate, plus I prefer Jap zeds :D. And its red.
  18. This pic is obviously after Jock's foot got burned off  Funny how no-one warned him - we all just waited to see what speed the car got up to before it hurt :D:D Think it was about 50mph...
  19. If it looks fine when hand polished then I dont see the need to machine polish... taking on whatever risks come with it ;)
  20. LOL Yeah a great day, not to be missed in the future :) Credit to those who organised it. Does anyone else stink of petrol, tastes like I've spent the day lickin' out filthy 'zorsts... :D
  21. Hmmm a search throws up quoted losses of 15% - 30% for an auto. 15% loss - gives me 315BHP (loss of 47 BHP) 30% loss - gives 382BHP (loss of 114BHP) Quite a range. With mongoose zorst, decat, Stillen intake, chip and 12psi, I'd expect around 350BHP (23% loss...) Shame the RR guy didn't have a clue about it  Pete
  22. Predictable question :D:D Does anyone know the transmission loss for an auto gearbox? In percentage terms, nothing lightened etc? The RR setup couldn't cope with calculating the transmission loss due to running down in 2nd gear (as opposed to 4th in a manual). As a result I got a flywheel figures of 403 & 397  today Had a few goes trying to sort out the losses with the guy, and my best RWBHP was 268 - any ideas what this equates to @ flywheel? The RR flywheel assumed losses of 135BHP  This was the reason all the autos had unexpectedly high flywheel figures... Cheers Pete ^ |____ owner of the smooooothest curves around :D
  23. Lemme guess - auto gearbox?? ;) I got 403BHP @ flywheel!! :D:rolleyes:
