I'll tell you why they do it. 1st - they are lazy jealous *******s who want to have the car but are too thick or bone idle to get the money for it. 2nd - they have no fear of the consequences. They get hit over the head with a balloon and told to not do it again. If they were publically flogged and it was televised, like in Singapore, it would stop 95% of the horrible little scumbags. 3rd - They have never been taught to respect other peoples property and that's down to their upbringing and the crowd they hang around with. 4th - see 1st, 2nd and 3rd!!!!.
