Laser/radar detectors
I go with Seb on this one. Have been looking round for one for a while as the one I have is 3 yrs old and doesnt always pick up now. By far the best is the Bel Euro 550. and plenty of surverys show this. Check out pistonheads.com or speed-trap.co.uk for some results. I hope santa's listening!!!! Nick

Which bodykit???
For all you guys that have added extra bodywork to your 300's, via body kits which ones are any good? Are there any to be avoided in terms of wuality, ease of fitment?? Have had a scan thru all the usual sites and particular styling is down to individual taste but I dont wanna lash out hard earned on something I could have knocked together in my lunch hour!!!

Suspension settings via handbrake
Chris, Uk models you can lift the handbrake up one notch and it stiffens the rear dampers up from soft to hard settings. Doesnt work if u have an import as they only have one setting, hard. Nick

Ventilation
Cheers MAC. Seems a much better idea to get them and the headlamp panel sprayed up rather than the whole bonnet!!!! Nick

Ventilation
Those bonnet vents are lovely and subtle. Any idea of a part no/cost etc..? I was thinking a venting the bonnet but the ones on most Z sites are a huge bulge in the middle. Those seem to do the trick and lot a lot less obtrusive. Nice one! Nick

Need some advice
Have only heard good things about Jeff and when I spoke to him on the phone a while ago he was most helpful. Wouldnt have a second thought about him doing some work on your car as he knows his stuff. As for poly bushes get em on there rapid. Every car I have done up over the years has had em on and they are much better than the original "soft" bushes. If you are still unsure try Mike Feeney at MJP Eastern Auto, his proces for original Nissan bits are usually much cheaper and he is a valuable source of knowledge! Nick
