well i found why my car was running so slow... it was my timeing.. it was 7 off i re tested my car it runs 0-60 7 flat and 1/4 15.5 flat i still think i shold be geting around 14.9 but maby after my cat back and down pipes ill get that fast

Iv seen people with colored timing belt covers and throttle cable covers i was wondering if you can buy thease covers or if you just paint them if you just paint them is thair a tutorial on how to do it cheers

yeah my driver sucked i think ill have to get back out and do it myself i dont think ill grind 3 or 4th lol so any one got any na 1/4 mile times?? or are we all turbo people

Please dont quote a factory spec. i ran a 15.84 at 95 mph 0-60 7.38 on a 1/4 mile it seems like i sould be running faster shold i be short shifting some of the lower gears or shold i red line each time? i'v seen a 2+2 na run 14.9 with only a cold air and cat back i have a cold air i think i shold be runing 15.5s or faster what do you guys think ? :smash:

and y woud ther be flames in my pcv system??

well i dident find any replacement broken pipe cleaners to drop in frome nissan courtesy parts.

thx chunk for puting it in english for me the large pipe im talking about are the pcv lines whanted to clear that up

Well i had a stalling problem and some other people had the same problem wher you go about 40 mph or over and put in the clutch or shif in to nutral and the car would die after struggaling for a few moments well i installed a cold air intake and replace all my vacume lines it nolonger dose it i think what happend was the big line on each intake tube that gose in to the engine had a pipe cleaner broke off inside of it on both sides thought id share this info

my dad worked at a body shop for 8 years and im really good at fiber glass work plus i have more time than cash to put in to this car its not my only driver plus i have some dents and stuff i need to fix on the car so it will have to be painted its my project car i picked it up for $500.00 usd it hase a dent in the 1/4 panal but it runs great(it dident run when i bought it) all i need to do now (besides body work) is find out wie it dies if i shift it out of gear at 40 mph and find the noise in the rear end

well i bought a body kit for my zed and i was wondering how do i put on this rear bumper its not like a full bumper dose it just slide on over my stock one ? and what about the side skerts how do those go on kit came with no instructions

well i could tighten it untill it snaps and kills my berings and my belt would still squeak so i need to eliminat drag and i think my altinator is dragging some one said a tt alternator but what years a 90-93 94-96 ???

i think i whant to replace my altinator b/c my belt will not shut up its ajusted right and it screams i tryed tighting and loosining it so i think my alt is dragging so i am looking at the alternators i have a big speaker system and a 1200 cca batt so im thinking if all the diffrance between the alternators are the amps ill go with the higher one to charge my batt faster 90 2+2 n/a

is the amprage the only diffrance between the 1990-93 and the 94-96 alternator???

do you think corrosion could caus a code 51?
