I had a Behringer V-amp but not the mark 2, good sounds for recording. My brother had the Line 6 pob but we found the bottom end was over the top and it was hard to EQ out. Having said that he now has a line 6 pedal board which thinks has the best sound he’s heard and he knows his stuff.

If you do, bring a tool kit and someone who is handy with a spray gun. Cars in bits at the moment I’m doing some really cool stuff with the body work. I hope to get it back on the road as soon as I can. :D Marc's car is in more bits than mine. :rofl:

That's what I did, I put all the holes in for the clutch pedal but I didn’t fit it. Turned out to be a good thing because I wouldn’t have been able to get to that bolt on the top, Marc took all the other bolts and nuts off and we got the box out. :hyper: :D

Cam belt change is a must at that mileage for piece of mind, better than a new engine and a lot cheaper.

We'll get stuck into the manwell con this weekend Marc see how it goes. I'll be taking pics so you can see how we have done it, and the problems we might run into.

It will be some car with 500bhp but I just don't like the look of it.

I had an auto for two years and now I have a manwell, does sound different and I would reckon it’s the gearbox. Wouldn’t say there was any problem with it, works fine to me. Could it be the drive shaft vibrating with different engine tones if the bearing is worn?

Turbo timer would work for when you take the key out.

Not that straight forward, you need a power source that will power down after you take the key out, something like the radio aerial and to power up when you start the car. You need to tap into one side of the power switch for mirrors in and the other side for mirrors out. Might need a relay too.
