  1. hi 300zx girl i paid by bank transfer, and i have tried to inform the club secretery but for some unknow reason it wont work on this laptop, then i will be in touch with you when the fee clears for the club pack etc. regards big mo

  4. hi zmates can some body advise me please, i have a 1990 jap import z, rear fogs have been fitted with a seperate illuminated switch, i want to keep all the light swiches together, i have just purchased a uk spec light switch pod with what i thought was a fog light switch already fitted, instead i got what looks like a headlamp wash button, is there a difference between the early uk spec light pod switches and the later uk spec light pod switches. or can anyone say where the fog light swtich should be on a uk spec z regards big mo
  5. hi zmate i had that problem once and it turned out to be a broken wire on the temp sensor, suggest you try that mate. regards big mo
  6. hi zmates i got a niggling problem to do with oil pressure, when i start up from cold i get good oil pressure reading when she warms up the pressure drops, i am sure its the pressure switch, has any one had this problem before, if it is the switch is the anyone on site that has one. regards big mo

  8. hi z mates does anyone know where i can get hold of a uk spec speedo, the one on my beast is playing up and has been for a while now, i have fitted new glow dials to her now it packed up all together, affecting the power steering, hicas etc. any help appreciated regards big mo
  9. hi z mate firstly check the output from the altenator fully loaded ie. all lights, heated window, heater etc is on with a good quality digital volt meter you should get a minimum 13 volts, but first make sure the altenator drive belt is tight, that makes a hell of a difference. regards big mo

  11. hi Z mates. i have a set of 18" alloy antera wheels on my Z, they have a chrome insert fitted that have been kerbed. does anyone know of a company local to oxford that refurbish wheels. regards bigmo
  12. hi z mates i once read an article on cambelts and have read that there is an american company that does hi performance cambelts that are vertually indistructable for Z's, but for the life of me i cannot find it. does any know of or has used any such cambelt, if so whats your opinion of them and where can i get one from. regards big mo
  13. hi guys i had the same problem and it was traced to the pipes just behind the throttle linkages they are a bit arkward to get to but as mentioned before i will put my money on it, that thats where its leaking from, very common fault apparently. regards big mo

  19. hi sonic. i was very lucky to get hold of one of e-bay, just in the right place at the right time a bit pricey at £100 but it does looks the biz at night, its a local company that converts them, i will try and get hold of the address and pass it on to you but try on e-bay mate, you may get lucky. regards big mo
  20. hi z mates i hope some one can help me, i was browsing the stillen website and spotted the new gtz-r generation 2 front bumper, it looks the biz. i made some enquiries, but to get one shipped to the uk would cost nearly $500 a bit much me thinks. does anyone know if they can be purchased in the uk, if so where. regards big mo
