i will be at the meet . will be nice to see some z's on the rollers . won't have mine back in time from the bodyshop . and the only car i have to get around in is a peugeot 406 1.8 16 v . i know it makes a whopping -150 bhp . but will be there for support . :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

can anybody tell me if 285/35/18 will fit the rear of my uk 300zx tt . just i have got some new alloys which i need to get tyres for and know of some 285/35/18 going cheap . i know it should be 265/35/18 . can anybody just confirm they will fit :bow: :bow:

i seen some of the members there today . didn't really se anyone to say hi to . the white 300zx who ever that was . really nice motor . also a nice wide arch 300zx blue in colour . sorry i don't know members names and cars . just i'm new to the 300zx scene and haven't been to any meets yet . but some really nice motors though . :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

i would be in for it , providing my car is back from bodyshop was quoted 10 hours work been there for 3/4 months now. [ they are family though] so doing bits when they can . :dance: :dance:

z centre do them for 5 quid plus vat and postage . or look on ebay some chap do them on there . the bulb you want is a h3c bulb . try a vehicle electrics place . :dance: :dance: :dance:

don't forget the blind rivets underneith the rear bumper . they are little plastic star drive screws , so good news they won't be rusty . but they round off easy . good luck mate . you might have trouble with 4 10mm bolts inside the boot as the threads are exsposed to all the weather so they rust quite well .

i think it is a good idea that he is reported to the police any money recovered should be handed over to jeff for sorting out all the items we payed graham foley . might be a good idea if someone who lives near jeff was to start a collection going . any donations sent to that person put in the pot and then hand over to jeff. i would be willing to send in £10.00 to get the ball rolling . what about the rest of you .

could be a fuel problem . ie not getting enough so the power is cut back . could be air leaking on the boost side . check these first mate :duffer: :duffer:

how much oil did you put in . as you only need a couple of drops . :duffer: :duffer:

hi mate . i know it's a pain in the arse to get to the alternator . but try linking the two wires in the plug together as both these wires should be live . this might kick the charging in . worth ago . no promises though :headvswal :headvswal

hi mate . i have just had the same problem with mine . turned out to be alternator on mine though . have you tried putting a new earth wire from the battery to the engine . then see what the charge rate is . failing that try taking the battery light bulb out from the speedo .then check the charge rate . sounds silly taking the bulb out . i had a charge problem on a renault 5 gt turbo . took the bulb out charged fine put it back in wouldn't charge . turned out to be a faulty speedo track . hope this helps :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

just fitted the apexi induction kit . didn't fit straight away . had to take out the two plastic covers to get it to fit . is this correct . any one have any pictures of how it should look when fitted . i did get instructions . but they are in japanese . [not to good on japanese] so any pics would be great . cheers :dance: :dance: :dance:
