A few week's ago was in an accident (don't worry not in ZED, was in every day car) on way to work and a van hit me. So i've been off work, i should be going back monday, not a prob i'll just use the ZED until after xmas then look for a car. (every day car is a carlton so it's going to be a write off when ins company get round to it). Anyway now the ZED is only running on 4 so this has not been a time for me and my car's.

just been out in ZED and was going on to an A road so put my foot down in 3rd, and noticed alot of 5iht out the back get in to 4th and it was like being in safty boost (but boost was fine). Anyway doinf 70mph in mid lane (5th gear) go to over take a van, so build up speed gently boost went to 0, and the car stat's to shack so i stay behind van came of the power and it still does. (at 1st i was thinking that a tyre had gone). the car idel's like it's only on 4 or 5 but has no loss of rev's, but under load it's like going on and off the power. Any idears?????

Wednesday at 4.30am at redbridge, you came off A12 and went up M11. Can't belive it i normaly take the ZED to work on wednesdays, but not this time.

bornrebel you are 100% right in what you say this car has cost me alot of money (about 3k) without fuel, ins, road tax etc. But i love it. i do have a every day car and when i get in it to go to work and see the Zed i do think "i should be taking that" i would never buy a car like this for 2-3K. and i would not ever sell it to a BOY racer.

Ok been thinking about selling the zed, but the price's are so low. i paid 4k last march and now it's only worth 3k if i'm lucky. could it be that as fuel goes up the price wll come down. there is NO WAY i am going to sell a car like this for that sort of price. Can some tell me why there so cheap at the moment. i cant think of what i could get for that money thats half as good as my zed.

Yeah know what you mean, I've and 2 before a white one and a black one, a year after i sold the white one phoned the bloke up and got it back. I would like to have this and the 300 then get a run around but i dont think the mrs will like that. and as for fuel i think i got less mpg than the 300

i've got a uk TT manual, with a chip and boost jets running 14psi and i get 22 mpg goung to work and back and round town :) . When i went Blackpool in May i got 32.7 mpg :dance: :dance:

Mine was an every day car, But i've now got an old carlton for work save's in fuel and the carlton's an auto and that's nice in traffic not only that but i don't like to leave the ZED in the work car park.

Yeah it sounded awesome when he came off the power you could hear it poping. then he put his foot down a 2nd time he was a good way in front maybe more and i could hear it over may car and i was over 6k in 4th. i did buy a lotto ticket so i could get one but not my lucky day maybe next week.

Only the 2nd one i've seen on the road and he put his foot down :dance: i'm running at 15psi in manual uk, and it left me on the A12. i got up behind it droped in to 3rd, revs went up to about 5k then went for it. and this thing just pulled away. well it has got 478bhp and is alot lighter. it was a G reg any one raced a more expensive car? i think that an F40 must be worth 300-400K

Yes the uk car's can run on 95 ron, no cooling issues that i know of. many of the uk ones have had new turbo's by now.

No that's high for the same milage i got it for 400 a year and i'm also 24

well 160 of the 200 was at 70mph.

it was done by zedworld i think it's a JWT. also got boost jet's, run's 14-15psi (but got safety boost today well have to look at it when i get time) Also in last 24hrs done 200miles on 1/2 tank.

no never said it was an issue just wanted to know if anyone else notice the difference it still better on fuel than my old xr4x4.

just wanted to know if anyone know's the diffrence? before i had my car chiped i would get 23-24 in town and 31-33 on a run (stay below 80mph) now i get 17-20 in town and 27-31 on a run.

the car has had new turbo's so all the piping has been off and back on. had conzult's no prob's it seem's to get better the more you put you're foot down maybe the zorst is geting blocked? i know it can still do a DB9. ha ha

i have a problem with my ZED when it get's tto just undre 6000 RPM it's like i've come off the gas. The car has been chiped and had boost jets fitted by ZED WORLD (runs at 14psi) it also had this problem before i had the boost tuned up.

Why do ALL j-spec have less than 60K. could it have more than 60K OR maybe it always brack's down (so cant do big miles) and the owner thinks "send it to england this cars ****). UK ALL THE WAY.

The mazda has a ford engine, so you could get a top spec mondeo insted.

SORRY if this has been done before (did a search didnt find it) Who has the highest mileage, I have 120,000 But will start doing 400 a week in the new year.
