I've never driven an mr2. I may go around import garages just to test drive stuff. my driving experience consists of a pug106 diesel (driving lessons) 2 1.0 micras (mom & dads car), a fiesta (my first car) and a zed (my second car). So as you can imagine to me the zed feels shit hot in the handling stakes. Like I say I do love mr2's and if I was forced to buy a car right now it would probably be one of them. As for the alloys I like them both but I'd imagine the zedtt rears would be quite a bit thicker than a non turbo mr2

oh so in answer to your question I think I'd keep both.

rev2 has rounded rear lights doesnt it? Funny you're asking though as I really love mr2's and I often look at them on auto trader imagining I might get one. I don't know why though cus I'd have a zed as well as an mr2 as well as a funabout. Don't tell Zed I look though she just wouldn't understand.

cheers guys will give that a look. Before I do though, I have some t-cut colour fast (the ones that come in different colours), does this work in a different way than standard t-cut or would I be re-buying the same thing? Suffice to say the colour fast one doesn't seem to anything to the colour.

Got a silver zed and I can see (especially in bright sunlight) that it's kind of faded on the bonnet. Like the silver is turning white or something. Not sure how to explain I should take a picture of it. Any idea what this is? Or if T-cut can sort it out? Cheers, Al

yeah I'm the singer, the band isnt fully formed yet though so at the moment I'm pretty much everything. The song called 'andromeda' I wrote and recorded just 2 days ago, there's a blog about it and my liking of orchestral sounds. Smile and so un predictable cheers! As for myspace, go on any artist page (e.g. mine) click on 'artist sign up' and it'll guide you through it, ask you to add pictures etc. and then songs. it's really intuitive.

The only reason I'd trade in the zed would be because it's old and therefore more prone to hip replacements etc. But then the only reason I could afford the zed is because it's old. But i would have had it anyway though cus I love it.

Wow this thread has taken off without me knowing. I was interested as in my experience there's always a few musicians around without you knowing. I've only ever been in a studio once and to be honest although it was fun I was less than impressed with the results. I record everything on my computer and it's ok for now. I personally feel that the quality is better than what I've heard when bands I know show me their studio demos. I'll be checking out some of the aforementioned websites now. The fact that we hate is that we get done for speeding in crap ways. I got caught doing 39 in a 30 and I thought it was a 50 so in my mind I was going slow! Then he goes 160 and 90 in a 30! (I mean thats over double my speed!) and gets away with it. With a crap excuse too. They also argue that he's a highly trained professional. *****cks! So does that mean we should allow Michael Schumacher to go as fast as he wants too? To be fair, if caught no one should get away with speeding since it is the law. It's the fact that the very people who get us for it do it themselves. "the fact that the very people who get us for it do it themselves" Now we all know how much that pisses people off, not just wih speeding but anything.
