whats the condition of the battery? not flat is it? otherwise check all your earths and relays

right from the loom the wires are as follows...... black = earth green/black line = indicator yellow/red line = tail light red = brake these are the colours of the wires going into the stock loom connector coming out of the connector to the stock lighting they should be..... black earth into connector-black earth out to lights green/ black line into connector- green/yellow line out to indicator yellow/red line into connector- green/red line out to rear lights red going into connector-red/green line out to brake lights hope that makes sense and helps you locate correct wires

i would say as we drive on the left, the left would have the right of way? But was there arrows on both lanes pointing ahead? or an arrow painted on left lane telling drivers to go over to the right? If there is and the outside lane is unobstructed then i guess your lane coz the inside would be coming onto your lane, its only a guess tho as she should of stopped to let you pass as her lane is obstructed as if it was a parked car. Typical woman driver dont give way dont indicate and think mirrors are just to check their make up!! write all the details down to give to your insurence with a detailed picture let them fight it out im assuming you got her insurence details or her registration if she drove off. I would say you have a good case as she drove into your path. Yet another woman causes another accident, ban em all!

I cant see how that can be done either as in a duel stop/tail light bulb there is 2 fillaments but then im no electrition

change the black wire and brown wire around if you have brown as live and black as earth change it so black is live and brown is earth thats what i had to do as i automatcally assumed black was earth

hmm seems complicated way its been wired up, thats prob your problem im guessing you have the brake circuit and lighting circuit wrong somewhere i think your making life difficult for yourself just use outer rings for brake or running lights inner rings for one or the other too that way its easier to follow each circuit dont think you can put a resister in the wrong way round im wondering if youve connected the live brake to the live rear light?

how have you wired the new lights up? have you wired each individuel light up in a link eg All the brown wires together first then having one wire coming from the link to the respective wire on the loom? The rest of the wires ie black wire the same, and also the brake lights, red wire? Thats how i done mine

Had same prob with mine rear lights wouldnt work had to tchange wires around then they worked fine. I chose outer ring for running lights but they where too bright so had to put 100ohm resisters in line to dim them down (thanks to advice of a fellow member) As for the other lights problem i guess you didnt have this prob b4 you put the venums in? You could have a bad earth somewhere or a bare live wire touching another connector cant understand why putting the venoms in would interfere with the front lights? Only way you would blow a fuse is if you connected a live with a live or touched a live against i live. Your welcome to look at how mine are wired up

i done a post on this subject when i watched Hostel, they all said it was shite lol Thirteen ghosts with that freeky time laps camera shite and the grudge pretty good too

i had a similer thing also had slight misfire now and then checked coil pack connectors ptu etc, turned out to be the ecu temp sender (left side connector) all fowled up with the dredded green shite, its the 1 with the yellow connector skrewed into the top water pipe that you can see going into the front of the engine, cleaned this now runs sweet

I had a career change 5 years ago, not by choice tho, i got all mt tools stolen, too much money to replace, so changed direction tatally, allthough i sometimes miss what i used to do, i think it done me a favor, not looked back since i made headway in leaps and bounds so can be a good decision to change career. good luck hope it works out

so to sum it up what we have here is two options then. Fit bov's in place of stock recircs or fit to outer pipe, but in either case the results will be more or less the same?
