Not looking yet. Just considering options on whether to buy a manual TT or an auto and convert it. The price for the bits plus labour (I would do the work) suggests that I should look for a manual out of the box if I can find a good one. Thanks for the info buddy. Thanks for such a lengthy and detailed response. Appreciate it bud, when I was talking about other boxes I was specifically thinking about the CD009 350z box which I beleive to be a strong box, I have seen it used with an ls3. Hi All, I am currently considering buying 300zx ideally TT Manual. Always liked them but never actually driven one. If anyone is in the London area and fancies meeting up and giving me a gi in theirs, I can bring my 200sx s14a and let you have a go in that. To give you some re-assurance, I am 42 years old and have been on SXOC for nearly 20 years. As well as the 200sx I have a mr2 roadster turbo and a civic type r. Not a little boy racer by any means. Hi Guys, I have been a 200sx s14a owner for nearly 17 years now. Always liked the 300zx, love the look and the idea of a twin turbo engine! I think I want to get one this year. Couple questions. What are the most common issues to look out for? And.. can the NA lump be turbo charged? Or should I just get a turbo to start with. It's seems there are manual NAs available and auto TT lol Apologies if these are commonly asked questions. Feel free to share links to any threads that cover this. Meanwhile I shall go have a look now. Ps. I had a 370z Nismo V2 which I bought brand new in 2017. Sold it last year. Also have a civic type r fn2, toyota mr2 roadster turbo (which I turbo'd) and a Corolla T Sport.
