my discs have grooves going both ways but there is a direction of travel arrow on the disc as well

I would avoid taking too much salt tbh, it really is bad for you. I`ve worked in the middle east for years and never suffered from cramp and thats without adding any extra salt to any food (I cant stand the stuff personally). Just drink plenty of water there is enough naturally occurring salt in ordinary food imho and if you eat any processed foods like burgers and tv dinners etc you will be eating too much salt anyway.

Its high 40`s / low 50`s here for months on end - you`ll be fine, drink plently of water, keep your head covered and try not too spend too long out in the hottest part of the day if you can help it. Also warm water is easier on the stomach than cold.

Boldy your rears seem to sit alot further out than mine, is the offset on them deffo 35mm, I will need to check what mines is when I get back. Nice wheels though :duffer:
