  1. If you do a search in my name I have covered this, you need the whole item you have in the picture, they are interchangeable.
  2. Nice article a lot of it is repeated from his first article, and he seem to mention faults with the engine that no one has ever heard of before, it may be from his race experience but I have a sneaky suspicion it is just race build paranoia :)
  3. You tight git :D
  4. http://www.boyleworks.com/ta400/psp/exhaust.html http://www.superchevy.com/technical/engines_drivetrain/exhaust/0505phr_exh/index.html Or there's something new out, I think it's called google :D
  5. X systems usually provide more bhp, there are a few articles lurking, maybe it is just the design of the japspeed one, which would be restrictive with your current setup.
  6. Oh yes remember it now, yeah I converted a pearl white one in the end :)
  7. Dave the NA pump really isn't up to par for the TT, to be safe you need this setup NA ECU with TT chip----stock NA Loom----NA fuel pump ECU----TT fuel pump TT ECU--NA Loom with third wire for the three speed pump--TT Fuel pump ECU--TT fuel pump With the NA ecu the fuel pump will be running at higher speeds so the best bet is the TT ecu with the third wire!
  8. What car used to be yours?
  9. Happy Birthday Guys :D
  10. Knowing James I would trust his judgement and driving skills, a lot of owners out there are driving cars that should be off the road and lets be honest guys, we have bought a motor that was a supercar in it's day, the occasional blast in sensible conditions can be forgiven!
  11. If you get a FPR then make sure it is a 1:1 ratio and not a rising rate type which rises at a rate greater than 1:1.
  12. It probably won't go for much either as it is listed in home and garden/bedding LOL!!!!
  13. The outlet of the downpipe doesn't really tell you what size hks turbo you have, IIRC the smaller ones have the same size downpipe.
  14. I am intrigued as to why you want to know the downpipe diameter :) ?
  15. You will be better off talking to smithy and or danny at dta as I believe they used to sell the oil lines and adaptors?
  16. hope they are 2530's as they are an awesome turbo, JFYI hks also did a slightly larger than stock turbo, that was a milder upgrade.
  17. I thought Amadeus had shown you a fix, are you saying you still need an adaptor?
  18. Will bow to your greater wisdom as I have never worked on LHD block, only going on information given to me:surrender:
  19. Love the car, but ditch the rear wiper!
  20. Amadeus the oil supply feeds are different on LHD and RHD cars and thats why you need the adaptor.
  21. C'mon stu you know it makes sense!
  22. you need to get an adaptor Smithy used to sell them!
  23. What have you set you BOV to, how much can it release, and have you had your chip custom mapped yet? I wasn't doubting the quality of your work Jimmy, just interested in what you have done?
  24. You have fitted a balance bar where the recircs were? The plenum switches over and feeds the opposite bank is what I was referring to not the balance bar.
