I would go for a rebuild, the problem with 2nd hand boxes are that you never know the condition of them and they are difficult to find!

Some Ideas for you! Main rear seal engine, g/box rear seal, redline oil in g/box, convert to short shifter I believe PaulG has the diagram for that! Uprate clutch fork pin to Nismo! Convert shifter linkage to Brass bushes or if keeping stock bushes torque them to slightly lower than stipulated in Workshop Manual! Mark
