  1. Yeah Gary.. the first one's are the one's I really had in mind.. but since seeing 'James Funge's' set fitted, I am swayed more towards them, but a tiny bit more expensive.. Same seller. Having said that, Stu's suggestion of the first set with nice discs, and Bayside blue calipers sounds very tempting... :) I am in negotiations with the seller of the wheels, to see if he will throw in a set of slip-on spacers to make up the off-set :D ... He hasn't replied yet though
  2. Yes.. I was just looking at James Funge's wheels on another thread, and I believe he has just bought a set of wheels from the same seller.. He says he had to fit 10mm spacers on the front & 3mm on the rears. His wheels do look the part though, a lovely deep dish & only £500 + rubber.. So what offset would be a perfect fit for the zed then? 35?
  3. Is that these buddy.. ? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=005&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150095247501&rd=1&rd=1 I was actually looking at these for mine, but forgot about the offset.. Where did you get your spacers? I presume the fronts had to be spacers with stud extensions, and the rears just 3mm shims?.. They do look good on your car, what rubber did you put on them, profile etc.?
  4. Mmmm.. The offset is right on the limit actually :(
  5. Your thoughts on these wheels on ebay.. . http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=005&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150095277204&rd=1&rd=1 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=005&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150095247501&rd=1&rd=1 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=005&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=150095247472&rd=1&rd=1 . Thanks, GUMBALL
  6. My membership was up for renewal yesterday.. I paid my next years subs via Paypal a couple days ago in advance, so there would be no break in my membership privileges.. Come midnight tonight I was reverted back to a 'registered user' only!! I cannot contact Steve-300zx as I'm now longer allowed to PM :headvswal ... I did PM him yesterday to advise of my memebership renewal, and some membership detail changes, but he hasn't read it :headvswal Help please!!
  7. Many thanks for that info Richard.. GUMBALL
  8. Is there a minimum wheel width you can reasonably fit on a zed.. Seen some wheels at 7J, but not too sure if that's a bit narrow for a zed (N/A) I had 12J rears fitted to my Strosek Twin Turbo.. Thanks, GUMBALL.
  9. Blimey mate.. make sure that baby is secure before you get underneath it!! :wack:
  10. Absolute t.ssers!!.. This is where proximity alarms come into their own, pricey, but worth it.. I had a similar problem with my Porsche last year, but found out through the grapevine who had vandalised it.. I can't tell you what I did, but it involved pliers (Mad Franky Frazer style), and I haven't had a wiff of trouble since with any of my cars. It's get's to the point where you have to dish out your own punishment.. Actually the lad involved, gives me a respectfull nod when I see him now, but he does have trouble counting out small change.. o' well :smash:
  11. Friday's wheels he has for sale would look the nuts on your new motor buddy.. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=88595&page=1&pp=15
  12. 500 Bhp Auto  It was listed last week, and removed.. Nice looking motor..
  13. It's getting there, but I can't see much through these sunglasses
  14. Hi buddy.. Yep stress should be spelt "STREZZ"... It's all good fun though.. Welcome  GUMBALL. .
  15. It's Ok.. They're reactalights  :p
  16. Will be watching
  17. Cool!! Well done mate, they aren't easy to come by.. It is great to have somewhere dry to keep/work on the cars.. I rent a double garage size lock-up, to keep the GT40 & Zed cossy.. A bit pricey each month, but definately worth it :) if only to keep the cars safe from vandalising, jealous, mindless, worthless pieces of sh.t scumbags :mac1: Happy for ya buddy.
  18. Cheers buddy.. What do you think the price would be for a set to be made up? The 'Bride's' mentioned ^above^ are nearly as much as I was going to pay for each seat!!
  19.  Eehh.. Takes me back to bein nowt but a lad, being gently corrected in the error of my ways by me father :wack:
  20. Hi.. I have renewed my next years membership via Paypal. My renewal is due on 04/03/2007. Thankyou.
  21. Can anyone tell me if a "universal" seat subframe will actually fit a zed? Thanks.
  22.  Chav Anthem....... Bless em :wack:
