Agreed.. It's a buyers market, and there isn't much money being spent at the moment.. June is particularly slow at getting going so far :( If it has to be sold, it has be very attractively price, bordering on a 'bloody bargain'. IMO p.s sorry you are having to sell buddy. It sure is a tough time at the moment .. All the best with the sale.
