I know but you can't judge them all off that. I've changed the pads since I've had mine & they're fine on standard pads for the 260 that mine puts out.

They don't flip on corners, the brakes are better than the Z's & they're quicker round the streets. I should know 'cause you've got my Z. :D No reliability probs. Find one that still has the under covers & you shouldn't get the corroded pipes. With exhaust & filter & boost at 15 psi you'll be getting about 260-265 horse & they can do it all day with no reliability probs. As for the maintainance side, your a mechanic arn't you so there'll be no labour charge. I love mine. By the way, hope the old Z's treating you well. I still miss her. Roy.

Can you imagine buying something for that price that's slightly quicker than an NSX. What d'you think of her anyway, I think she's a sweet running machine. By the way, to make you feel even better, I've had 2 people on the phone today asking if it was for sale going on about the dogs they'd been to see. And this week I've had about 8 calls including one who said if anything went wrong with our deal he would give me the asking price, & he hadn't even seen the car. I think you'll find most folk quite wellcoming on here Darren owd lad, half the fun of owning a Z is coming on the site learning stuff & having a giggle. ;) The only problem your gonna have as far as I can see is that you live too near to the Z Centre, especially as you work in a body shop. I'll expect to see a kit on it by September :D

Oh my God, I've just been going through this. Done it before but I couldn't seem to manage it this time. Well she's finally sold, to a guy from Nottingham. Hope he enjoys being a Z man. He should do he got it cheap enough. I'd just like to thank everyone for the help & advice I've recieved over the last 18 months on this forum, because without you guys a lot of people could never own a Z. I'll still be having a visit to the forum from time to time. Go easy on the new guy when he's asking the old questions, we all have to start at the begining. good luck everyone. :)

It's leather Stu, I got a load of scraps for £40. I can get it for about £130 for a hide which might just about do the job but I can't be certain 'cause I did mine a panel at a time & like I said it was just a big bag of scraps. If you want leather & you can't find it cheaper than that, let me know & I'll get hold of some for you. Got some colour swatches as well. ;)
