When you select power mode what is it thats actually going on ?

My passenger s/belt was playin up so I took it to bits, turned out to be one of the plastic cogs broken, theres one on each side so dispensed wiv the naff one, still seems to work although I hav'nt crash tested it :) but you're right,if the ball does'nt sit exactly in the cup the belt jams, fantastic piece of engineering, I suppose in an impact the ball would shoot out of it's seat instantly lockin the belt ?

Passenger side seatbelt is getting more+more reluctant to rewind itself, is this just a case of removing the door panel and squirting some oil in ? Any tips for removing the door panel i.e. are there any of those poxy plastic clips that always break ???

paul300zx has a real nice one with buttons on the steering wheel 'arms', dont know the make but they are out there.

Any news on the make/model of the s/wheel ?????
