Hey Greg, I'm not fitting an eliminator, I'm fitting an n/a subframe and toe arms. I can get hold of lots of fittings at work and would have liked to get one before taking the pipes off so as to lessen the oil spilage, not to worry cheers anyway.

Hi you lot, I am taking out my hicas soon and want to connect the two pipes together to keep the curcit going so to speak. Before I take the hoses off and get fliud all over the drive, can anyone tell me what size thread the fittings are and are they conical or flat (i:e with an 'o' ring) so I can get the connection first. I have been to his zoo which was given to him by his dad as an almost lost cause, he made money for the zoo and the animals. There is an almost constant expansion of the zoo going on so they can take in animals from all over that are in need of a home, so to say he did what he did for money is a bit unfair cos he plouged it back into the zoo. I missed him by one day, he was there on the tuesday and we were there wednesday, but when he is there he always did his part in educating the punters and putting a show on with Monty the croc he caught with his dad when he was a boy. He dedicated his life to the animals, even to the point of trying to get people to stop killing cane toads, and will be missed by alot of people.

I agree about the sound, mine is superb and just about as good as it gets imho, I have heard big bore twins and they don't do it justice. But singles do look abit naf, especialy with the original back end, I get loads of comments like, "youv'e got an exhaust missing"

Looks like that head has been welded in the past and bodged up. To do a head job and not put coolant in is a heanus crime, and if you think the car was looked after in the past, think again. Mate, good people are everywhere but they are out numbered by shitheads. Don't stop being good and helpful cos it comes back to you in spades and then its a nice feeling, look at how helpful folks on here are. I have a "step on my toes and I stamp on your head" policy and it works, but I will allways help people if I can, unfortunatly some do take the piss but they get told to boil thier head next time.
