Nice under bling

I hate the standard spoiler and the accoustics inside the car. I love the right pedal :rofl:

I want to do an oil change but am unsure of what oil to use. I would like an oil with a high detergent level to give the inside a good clean. I would normaly run a week or two with a good diesel oil in but don't want to with this car. Any ideas on oil and what grade to use? Cheers scrawni.

Was it you? I was driving along Drayton way in Daventry and saw a red nissan and thought it was a 200sx. There was what looked like an arm that waved but i only saw out of the corner of me eye so not sure. Oh yeah, I was in a silver Zed.

I like the idea. It lends thought to the cars being an enthusiast car and not just another fast Jap spawned out of video games and films.

I'm impressed that you got it to fit so well, what with it being a cheap front end, it does look as good as one that cost more then double what you paid for it. I think you were a brave man getting it painted first, but all credit to you and the product. If I had a hat on I would take it off ;)

I only did the one run and I need to practice my launch, it was a bit spinny.

I just got to borrow a gizzmo that times your 0-60 times, after working it out I got a time of 6.25. Hows that and whats yours. By the way I'm pretty stock apart from a induction kit and exaust.

I just got a new Epsom photo R220 for pretty much the same price as new ink for my HP I've been on the google and found ink for less than a pint so figure I'm on to a winner, and it prints directly onto discs.

Stear clear of saturated fats and proccessed sugars, this is possibly the most important starting point. Eat fruit and veg for vitamins and carbs, don't cut out your carbs you need them. Lean meat like chicken or turkey and fish are also good, fish is best. No white bread it is bad, eat wholemeal. Don't starve yourself but don't eat big meals, eat little and often and not after six at night. You can stuff as much brocilli down you as you can handle. But get to the gym

I love the chest exercises, more so flat flys god they burn. Don't forget your shoulders as you will look a bit out of shape, front and rear raises gives you a bit of depth to your upper chest. I struggle with abs cos I eat the wrong food and drink too much pop, but get your c.v up and burn some calories to shift the fat then any ab work will be worth it.

Don't hang the camers up mate, just move on to other cars. With shots like that you could get interest in people wanting thier cars photographed.

Modding is all about you and what you like, but then there is no harm in asking as you can get some good ideas. I like the 99spec front and was thinking of one myself, but watch out for sticking different bits from different kits together as they might not follow each others lines. What ever you do it will be your choice and you will love it. Good luck and don't pull your hair out at all the options.
