I've read through a few plug threads. Going to be replacing all my spark plugs shortly immanent of my boost upgrade. So O2 sensors, coolant temperature sensor, plus further ConZult checks to make sure everything else is 100% before fitting a chip and subsiquent boost controller. Now, before I do that, I want a new set of plugs.

PFR6B-11C or PFR6B-11B I can see being the choice. Understand that the B is a cooler plug? Is this what I should be going for?

I am not after the 'ultimate' plug, but something that will give me and the engine, the confidence it needs with about 14PSi running under them.

I don’t have any issues with my current plugs, but want everything to be working as well as it should be.

Hi Simon,

Yes, use the NGK PFR6B-11B plug when you're upgrading your boost. If you're interested, I've got a few sets coming into stock in about a week's time - I can reserve you a set if you like.

NB - the 11C plugs are primarily used for cars running stock boost and no further upgrades other than perhaps an induction kit.

Thanks for the information and yes please Danny. Can I run the B on stock boost without any issues?

In true Bob-the-builder-stylee, "Yes, you can!" :)

I'll put your name in the order book for a set of PFR6B-11B's and let you know when they've landed with me.

All the best,

Good good! Are they £55? Seems to be the price I recall seeing.
