Not that many...it will cost about £6000 to do a proper strip&dip job with the Chromaflare paint.

i might be able to get you some but beware its about 400 - 500 quid a litre , a mate of mine is one of the bosses at national breakdown, i enquired last week and got the shock of me life

 

but he can do me a full respray in black for about 600 quid

Is it true with flips etc. that if your lovely paintwork gets damaged/keyed that the whole car has to be done again?

Don't forget Ajay is talking about stripping (probably to bare metal), filling, prepping, painting - all with no engine, interior, etc etc on..

 

That takes a long time..

 

I seem to remember that it is possible to colour match the flip paints, you just need a good sprayer (ergo most places can't..)

Personally I think I'll stick to getting a respray in something a little less expensive..

Maybe I'll just get the car covered in gold leaf!

 

Got a hankering after a colour change to a nice purple metallic personally. Now where's that lottery ticket?

ive already got a two coloured car(FRONT END)

Ive had my front of my car changed colour so many times ,i cant make my mind up on which flip to go for

at the moment its a black flip which turns purple/bronze in ultraviolet light.

i like the dark flips which change colour in high light conditions and am not too bothered about the price as i paint my car myself.

it makes it a lot cheaper about 300 quid to change the colour.im not too sure about this chromaflare paint if it costs 500 quid a tin(is this a guess price chris ?)or are ya in the bussiness?
