do you know how to adjust the damoening settings on the tein monoflex, ive got it lowered till it looked right, but its very harsh, pebbles feel like moon craters lol

 

not sure on which way to turn the screws on top of the shockers

 

think the guy i had them off setr the rears on the hardest setting
